We’re talking about two completely different kinds of relationships here, and the one - the old covenant- whether we keep some of the outward forms of it or not, is what makes sense to the natural mind, to the natural heart. The one is what we are naturally assuming to be our relationship with God until the other is allowed to be shown to our hearts by the spirit of God. And then this division we've been talking about makes the two completely opposite to one another in our understanding. |
